Requirements
Diploma / S-1 Semua jurusan, lebih disukai jurusan Manajemen Hotel atau Food & Beverage
35 – 40 tahun
Pengalaman 3 – 5 Tahun di managerial position atau memegang area / multiple outlets F&B (minuman, makanan, cafĂ©, dll)
Preferably Male
Physical Appearance : Good Grooming, Good body proportion, Normal Eyesight
Specific Requirement : Posses Driving License Class “A”
Responsibilities
Position Function : Responsible for Food & Beverage Service Operation throughout the country (all regions), maintaining good Service Standard, Food Presentation, Sales Achievement, Implementation of new Food & Beverage concepts, and Managing Waste
Job Responsibility & KPI :
Sales Contribution

Number of Customer Complaints
Main Tasks :
Communicating Food Service Policy to all regions
Evaluate all Food Service Implementation at all regions
Establishing New Standard Procedures for Food Service such as Store Briefs, Store Guidelines
Conduct Training pertaining Skill set at Food Service
Monitoring Equipment Breakdown Issues at all regions
Calculating Food Service Equipment Matrix According to Regions and Stores Needs
Review Service Equipment Maintenance
Technical Competency :
